Using this site

This site is operated by FLORENCCIA, based in Hudson Valley, New York. By using it you agree to these terms.

You may browse, buy, and commission. You may not copy our photographs, patterns, designs, or written material for commercial use without our written permission.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your confirmation email.

We may decline an order — for instance if a piece is no longer available, or if a price was listed in error. If we have taken payment, we refund it in full.

Prices are in United States dollars and include shipping within the United States.

Bespoke commissions

A commission begins with a paid consultation. The fee is credited against your commission if you proceed.

Nothing enters production until a design, price, and timeline are agreed in writing and the first payment is made.

The first payment is non-refundable once work has begun, because materials are cut to your measurements and cannot be reused.

Timelines are estimates given in good faith. Handmade work occasionally takes longer, and we will always tell you as soon as we know.

Our pieces

Our corsets and gowns are made by hand, and the cotton pieces are made by our manufacturer. Small variations in stitching, fabric, and finish are inherent to work like this and are not defects.

Colours vary between screens. If an exact shade matters, ask us for a swatch before ordering.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
